Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer
Max isn’t just a business owner – he’s a guy who has spent over 30 years with dirt on his boots and a tape measure on his belt. As a Licensed General Contractor, Max started out swinging a hammer as a job-site laborer. Over three decades, he worked his way up to leading major divisions for a national developer, managing everything from cozy residential remodels to massive commercial builds and high-security government facilities.
Having spent a lifetime on active job sites, Max gets it. He knows firsthand how frustrating a delayed dumpster drop, a scraped-up driveway, or a slow swap-out can be when you’re trying to keep a project on schedule. That’s why he and Julia built Veteran Waste Co. – to give local builders, contractors, and homeowners a down-to-earth, reliable partner who takes the headache out of waste management.
Before his construction career, Max served as a U.S. Army Ranger with the 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. That experience built the foundation for how he runs the business today: showing up on time, keeping your word, and treating every client’s property with complete respect. Whether you need a bin for a weekend garage cleanout or a multi-phase build, Max is always ready to help get the job done right.

Julia brings a background in hospitality, event coordination, and customer service to Veteran Waste Co. Her experience in boutique hospitality and wedding coordination helped shape some of her strongest skills—staying organized, communicating well, anticipating needs, and keeping a lot of moving pieces on track.
After spending several years focused on raising her family, Julia now brings those same strengths to Veteran Waste Co., where she focuses on the customer side of the business. From keeping communication clear to making sure the details don’t fall through the cracks, her goal is simple: make working with Veteran Waste Co. easy, reliable, and personal.
She believes good service doesn’t need to be complicated—do what you say you’re going to do, communicate well, and take care of people.
The Triangle isn’t just where we do business—it’s where we live, raise our family, and put down deep roots. Max and Julia are the proud parents of two active kids who love spending their time playing sports and enjoying the great outdoors.
